Persivis provides business intelligence and data visualization software tools for corporate management teams. The platform transforms massive sets of raw information into interactive analytical reports, facilitating the evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and supporting the development of business strategies based on precise operational insights.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, maintain the confidentiality of access data, and not infringe upon Persivis's intellectual property rights. Any abusive or fraudulent use of the platform will result in immediate account suspension.
Persivis makes reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous operation of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The company is not liable for indirect losses or moral damages caused by the use of generated reports. Updates and maintenance may cause temporary interruptions, which will be announced in advance.
Under no circumstances shall Persivis's total liability exceed the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months. The platform does not provide financial or legal advice; decisions based on the provided data remain solely the user's responsibility.
The user may request account deletion at any time by notifying in writing at the contact address. Persivis reserves the right to terminate access in case of a serious breach of the terms, without prior notice. Stored data will be deleted within 30 days of termination.
Persivis may update these terms at any time, notifying users at least 15 days in advance via email or through the platform. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them. The current version is permanently available on this page.
